wimbledon

a tivo-ed wimbledon brunch with our friends shadO and melissa. shadO is an artist and melissa teaches yoga and firedances and they live in a huge house in minneapolis with a bunch of people. wren loves it there. she is the only kid (besides kaj) and everyone dotes on her and plays with her and she gets to boss people around, her favorite. there is crazy art everywhere, and she loves that, too. we were at shadO's all day, and eventually wren needed a nap. she took it in a tiny room under the stairs, which they call the "makeout room". as she fell asleep she said, "i love shadO. hes my friend. he has a pillow. we have pillows, too!" she slept for 2 hours. when she woke up she said, "hey! whassup diaper?!"
